Well I didn't really do much more yesterday but given that despite falling into dozes throughout the afternoon I went to bed at 9.30pm and slept for 10 hours I think I was in need of it. Am feeling much more awake today and am determined to keep going. Of course, the list has got longer too with all my usual Sunday jobs!
